High quality Tm-doped LiLuF 4 (Tm:LLF) single crystal was grown by the Czochralski technique. Room temperature absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of the Tm:LLF crystal were measured and analyzed. Based on Judd-Ofelt approach, the intensity parameters ฮฉ ฮป (ฮป = 2,4,6) were calculated to be
