Abstract
A single crystal of strontium titanate, used as a photoanode for the photoelectrolysis of water, has been sensitized by mono‐ and binuclear ruthenium(II) complexes in acidic solution for visible light. The dependence of the photocurrent density on light intensity, dye concentration, wavelength and pH has been studied.

## Abstract The existence of two independent chromophores in [Ru(bipy)~2~(H~2~V)]^+^, where H~2~V^−^ = violurate anion and bipy = 2,2′bipyridine, was demonstrated by comparing its resonance Raman spectra with those displayed by the [Ru(H~2~V)~3~]^−^ analogue. In the former, the electronic band at 4
Luminescence behavior of Ru(bpy): (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) and Ru(bpy)(bpds)i-(bpds = 2,2'-bipyridipe-4,4'disulfonate dianion) in aqueous solution of cobalt(III)-complex-containing poly(methacrylic acid) (Co"'PMA), @hich is affected by a unique pH-induced conformational transition, was investigated
Resonance enhanced Raman spectra are reported for the complexes M(bpy-d&"[M = Fe(II), Ru(II)] and Ru(bpy-d8),C12, where bpy-ds is perdeuteriated 2,2'-bipyridine. Correlations are made with the corresponding resonance enhanced modes of the hydrogen containing compounds for the spectra obtained in res
