✦ Synopsis
Aberrant pancreas is a relatively rare condition, and generally lacks clinical importance. Given its small size and the fact that it is most frequently located in the stomach and small intestine, its ultrasonographic appearance has not yet been described. This article presents a case of aberrant pancreas in the stomach. It was detected by abdominal ultrasonography of the wall of the fluidfilled stomach.
