## Abstract A novel 3D polymeric Pb^II^ complex involving three different hemidirected Pb^II^ coordination spheres, [Pb~3~(phen)~3~(H~2~O)~2~(sip)~2~]~__n__~⋅3 H~2~O (phen=1,10‐phenanthroline and sip=5‐sulfoisophthalate=5‐sulfobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate), was synthesized and characterized by element
