A series of salicylidene-aminoacid Schiff bases was synthesized and labeled with Tc-99m, in neutral pH, using stannous ion as reductant. Labeling yield was greatly affected by concentration-ratios of the reactants, the optimum concentration ratio being 18.5 x 1 O-2nuno1 ligand to 0.4 x 10-2mmol SnC1
