โœฆ Synopsis


The design, construction, and experimental test results of a new solid-state oscillator with whispering-gallery-mode dielectric resonators is described. The oscillator with a semidisk resonator was designed for dielectric-waveguide-based circuits. In their fabrication it is possible to use hybrid-integrated technology techniques. Mechanically tunable oscillators and multidiode oscillators with a cylindrical resonator are also considered.
