It is shown that each non-flat regular static asymptotically flat solution of the gravitntionel field equation following from the Lagrengian L = R/B + &RikRik + b12R2, has in a certain sense positive energy. Further, for a set of pitremeters inclirding the B~CII-EISSTEIX theory some result,s concern
