A simple, rapid, sensitive and selective method for the simultaneous determination of the non-stetoidal anti-inflammatory drug naptoxen (NAP) and its main metabolite the 6-demethylated derivative (DNAP) in human serum is described. The method is based on the intrinsic fluorescence of both acids in a
