The hydrodynamic problem of the rotating disc electrode is approximated using the weighted residual technique of orthogonal collocation. Results are given for a potential step applied to the electrode where simple reversible charge transfer to a single species takes place.
The kinetic properties of glucose oxidase (EC 1.1.3.4) which has been covalently immobilized to a rotating glassy carbon electrode surface have been investigated. Analysis of the rotation rate dependence of the hydrogen peroxide-derived current suggests that oxygen mass transport to the enzyme-elect
Results are given for a method of determination of CI(VI) by amperometry at a solid electrode. By using a fluoride containing electrolyte at a controlled pH and an amalgamated gold electrode, previously reported problems of electrode passivation by C&II) have been overcome. The method gives reproduc
