Effective balloon aortic valvuloplasty (BAY) is limited by restenosis. After aortic valve restenosis six patients underwent repeat BAV. In spite of the use of larger balloons there was a trend toward a less satisfactory result after repeat BAV (0.98 2 .26 cm2 vs. 1.2 -c .26 cm2), which did not reach
