Pemphigus is an autoimmune mucocutaneous bullous disease characterized by autoantibodies against the cell surfaces of epidermal keratinocytes. Six cases with deposition of both IgG and IgA on keratinocyte cell surfaces have been reported in the recent literature. We provisionally termed these cases
