✦ Synopsis

Abstract

Complete gas‐liquid chromatographic separation of the four 10, 12‐hexadecadiene‐l‐ol isomers using a FFAPcoated glass capillary column is described.

These measurements are of importance for the analysis of pheromones from biological sources and for the control of material from stereospecific syntheses.

## Abstract A simple and sensitive high‐performance liquid chromatographic procedure for the determination of the __trans__ isomer of glimepiride is reported. Chromatography accomplished direct separation of the __cis__ and __trans__ isomers of glimepiride on a Dikmonsil C18 (250×4.6 mm, 5 μm) colu
