Abstract
Many studies in lipid analysis require separation and isolation of various acylglycerol classes for subsequent analysis, research and use. Different chromatographic techniques can be used for this purpose. The most desirable method should be rapid, convenient and inexpensive, provide a high yield and supply as much information as possible about each compound with minimal interference or overlaps with other similar components. This article discusses some methods that can be used to separate acylglycerols.
