โœฆ Synopsis

K. He received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Brunel University, London in 1978 and his Ph.D. from Cambridge University, U.K. in 1982. His main interests lie in the design of high performance servo mechanisms with applications to robotics. Much of his work is aimed at remote operations by tele-manipulators and is currently working on high fidelity force reflection systems. Dr Daniel is Co-Editor-in-Chief of Mechatronics, published by Pergamon Press.

The self-tuning property of the reduced variance overparametrized pole-assignment self-tuning regulator is shown to imply partial system identifiability. The specified closed-loop poles for pole assignment occur asymptotically but the asymptotic closed-loop zero locations generally differ from those

## Abstract Herein, are reported studies of various experimental conditions aimed at optimizing the Aerosolโ€Assisted Vapor Phase Synthesis (AAVS) of GaN powders. In general, the process utilizes affordable oxygenโ€bearing gallium precursors in aqueous/methanol solutions to initially prepare nanoโ€siz
