Introduction: Particle reinforced silicon carbide and silicon nitride ceramic matrix composites were fabricated using designed particle agglomeration and chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) technique. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were employed to observ
