A postcolumn hqmd chromatographlc derwatlzatlon usmg a co-mnnoblhzed enzyme reactor was employed m the determmatlon of dextrms m wort and beer Amyloglucosldase, mutarotase and glucose dehydrogenase were co-munobtied on controlled-pore glass and packed m low dead volume columns The behavlour of the co-munoblhzed enzymes was previously optlmlzed before couphng to the chromatographlc set-up Thus system pernuts the ldentlficatlon and determmatlon of ohgosacchandes with a sunple clean-up of the samples with acceptable sensltlvlty and good reproductblhty
