β¦ Synopsis
A 44-year-old woman with midperipheral pigmentary changes that resemble retinifis pigmentosa (RP) is described; unlike typical patients with RP, her photopic b-wave was markedly attenuated as compared with her photopic a-wave. Otherwise, her electroretinogram (ERG) was typical of patients with early stages of photoreceptor degeneiation. Scotopic and photopic a-wave amplitudes were reduced about 50%; her scotopic b/a appeared normal.

During routine ERG testing of a patient with Bardet-Biedl syndrome, we encountered an ERG anomaly not previously reported. A white flash which produced a response during light adaptation would produce no ERG when the retina was darkadapted. Possible explanations for this phenomenon are discussed;
## Abstract In this multicenter study, we used dynamic causal modeling to characterize the abnormalities of effective connectivity of the sensorimotor network in 61 patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) compared with 74 ageβmatched healthy subjects. We also investigated the correlation of such abno
We have recently reported abnormal insulin-like growth factor4 (IGF-II) mRNA levels in a number of human colorectal adenocarcinomas. Using an IGF-II radioimmunoassay, we have now detected high levels of both 10-kDa and 7.5-kDa IGF-II species (2,370 ng/g) in a right colon tumor showing a 800-fold IGF
