✦ Synopsis

An isotope effect has been searched for in high-TΒ’ superconductor YiBa~CusO~ through substitution of 63Cu for 65Cu. No shift in the superconducting transition temperature was observed by electrical resistivity measurement.

We investigated the oxygen isotope effect in superconducting Co substituted YBCO. Co concentrations between 4 and 13% were used. The transition temperature T c falls monotonously to 22.7 K for x = 0.13. The oxygen isotope exponent n0 rises from n0 = 0.08 (4% Co) to n0 = 0.46 (x = 0.13%) at the lowes

The concentration dependence of the transition temperature T c has been studied in the high-T c compounds (Y~ xTlx)-Ba2Cu307 y, Y(Ba 1 xKx)2Cu307 y and YBa2(Cu I xMg~)307 y. In the TI-compound, the results show little effect on T C. In the K-compound, T~ gradually drops with increasing K concentrati
