For the past seven years she has worked on regional energy projects, analyzing resource planning models and environmental issues related to energy conservation and indoor air quality. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Rhode Island. Allen Lee has a Ph.D. in policy analysis and undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering. He is also employed at Battelle Northwest, where he has specialized in energy policy research with emphasis on energy planning and environmental policy.
