## Abstract The distortion of a square pulse wave with a finite rise time in edgeβcoupled microstrip lines is investigated. These microstrip lines are assumed to be fabricated on a singleβlayer lowβtemperature coβfired ceramic (LTCC) substrate which has excellent highβfrequency performance. Paramet
