Near-isogenic tall (no dwarfing gene), semidwarf (Rhtl or Rht2) and dwarf (Rhtl + Rht2 or Rht3) spring wheat lines were evaluated for yield and yield components under irrigated and rainfed conditions . Under irrigated conditions, the dwarf and the semidwarf lines exhibited a significant yield advant
