✦ Synopsis

The title compound, C~15~H~13~BrN~2~S~2~, crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. Both molecules display a `C-shaped' conformation, with a trans configuration with respect to the C=N double bond. Intermolecular N—H...S interactions are observed.
