## Abstract Tolerance induction of IgE antibodyโ€forming cells by dinitrophenylated levan (DNPโ€LE) conjugates was investigated in CBA mice. Antibody production was measured by passive coutaneous anaphylaxis on rat skin. Specific antibody neutralization was obtained with conjugates of different subst
