## Dear Sir, We have read with interest the article of Becerra et al. 1 about the increased toxicity and lack of efficacy of rofecoxib in combination with chemotherapy in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer. The dose of rofecoxib employed in their clinical study was 50 mg/day, with a re
