The paper studies the problem of xnding an output feedback controller for a linear system with xnite signal-to-noise uncertainty such that the variance of the closed-loop system is below a specixed level. An algorithm called e*K iteration is proposed to xnd a vector e and an output feedback controller to achieve locally optimal performance for the closed-loop system.
