โœฆ Synopsis

Objective of this paper is to present robust control strategies able to handle acceleration feedback. The robustness of the controller is investigated in respect to both stability and performance measures. The uncertainty set is chosen as a convex one with either real or complex structured uncertainty. H I control is ยฎrstly used to comply with the stability requirements whereas a m synthesis approach is then adopted as far as the performance is concerned. The degradation of the performance in respect to the size of the perturbation is eventually proposed as a merit parameter to rank dierent controllers. Numerical simulations are proposed on a MDOF structural system under earthquake excitation.

## Abstract In this paper we consider a control problem for an uncertain chemostat model with a general growth function and cell mortality. This uncertainty affects the model (growth function) as well as the outputs (measurements of substrate). Despite this lack of information, an upper bound and a

This paper is concerned with the problem of robust control of a class of discrete time systems with parameter uncertainty and unknown nonlinearities. The parameter uncertainty we consider is real time-varying norm-bounded and appears in both the state and output equations. We address the problem of
