The title ternary complex Nd [(C5H8NS&(ClzH8N2)] has been synthesized in absolute ethanol by the reaction of NdCI3-3.74H20 with ammonium pyrrolidmyldifhiocaboxylate (APDC) and 1.10-phenanthroline (phen\*H20) at air atmosphere without any cautions against moisture. The bonding characteristics of the
