Anions generated from trialkylsilyl ethers of methyl ketoximes

(1) undergo anionic rearrangement with 1,4 migration of the silyl group. After protonation, the resulting a-trialkylsilyl ketoximes (2), suffer thermal rearrangement with 1,4 migration of the silyl group from carbon to oxygen.
