✦ Synopsis

In this paper a simple method of moments MoM solution is gi¨en for the problem of determining TE resonant frequencies of inhomogeneous dielectric bodies with rotational symmetry. The body of interest may be placed in arbitrarily stratified dielectric medium, which also may be bounded by one or two horizontal perfect electric conductor ( ) PEC plates. The general electric field integral equation is gi¨en, which is then specialized to sample geometry and sol¨ed numerically. A comparison of obtained data with results gi¨en by other authors is included.
