Resolves: That there be recorded in its minutes this testimony of the faithful service and enthusiastic co6peration given by Mr. Winterrowd, which, together with a dynamic personality, not only made him a valuable member but also endeared him to his associates, by whom he was held in highest esteem.

Resolves further: That this minute be published in the JOURNAL of the Institute and that a copy thereof be transmitted to the family of Mr. Winterrowd.
