The Ninth Commission of CITCE, Organic Electrochemistry, was founded during the 15th Meeting of CITCE. At the same time, the title of Commission 1 was changed from "Diagrams of Electrochemical Equilibria" to "Electrochemical Thermodynamics" with the intention that the work of this Commission should
