## Abstract This paper is a report on an investigation conducted on adsorption of lead ions (Pb^2+^) onto powdered corn cobs (PCC). Corn cobs were collected from a selected location in Nigeria. The corn cobs were crushed and pulverised into different particle sizes. Its compositions and adsorption
