## electronic relaxation We report a theoretical study oftransient behaviour ofbarrierless electronic reactions in solution. We havegeneralized theearly theory of Oster and Nishijima to the low-friction and small-time domain. An analytical form for the decay ofthe integrated excited state is deriv

โฆ Synopsis
Abatraet-Cyclic relaxation profiles were studied by changing strain rates before strain hold periods in the low cycle fatigue test of Hastelloy XR. The master curve of stress reduction rate was shown which didn't depend on strain rates, initial stresses and numbers of cycles except for the rapid stress reduction at the first moment of relaxation.
