## Abstract All equilibrium conformations of a series of __N__‐alkyl‐α‐alkyl derivatives of noradrenaline and their synthetic precursors—phenylaminoketones—have been calculated. It has been shown that spasmodic changes in bronchodilating activity of the catecholamines, observed with the increase in
