## Abstract A shouldered hard sphere interatomic potential is used to evaluate, within the mean spherical approximation, the experimental structure factors of 13 liquid metals. For 10 metals, a positive shoulder of the potential is more appropriate than a square well potential. A parabolic well pot
We have calculated the velocities of the first and second sound and the structure factor for a system of interacting bosons. The two-body interatomic potential used is assumed to be composed of a hard core followed by a sum of both repulsive and attractive gaussians.
Our recent theoretical results are summarized for the high-field or para-process spin susceptibility, bulk modulus, magnetovolume coupling constant, forced volume magnetostriction, magnetovolume enhancement factor, spontaneous volume magnetostriction and orbital magnetic susceptibility for ferromagn
