Telomerase extends telomeric repeats at the ends of linear chromosomes, thereby prolonging the replicative capacity of cells. To investigate possible regulatory mechanisms of telomerase, we measured telomerase enzyme activity, human telomerase RNA (hTR) and human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hT
