Regioselective N-Alkylation of 2-Aminobenzylamine via Chelation to 9-BBN. -Base-promoted alkylation of the easily available adduct (III) of 9-BBN and 2-aminobenzylamine results in high yield formation of a mono-substituted product (V). Final hydrolysis with HCl or NaOH leads to 2-amino-N-alkylbenzy
