✦ Synopsis

Transition losses occur between cur¨ed and straight rib wa¨eguides. They ha¨e been reduced by offsetting the guides and placing a trench on the outside rib of the wa¨eguide. We also can in¨estigate more no¨el effects such as rib heights, side-wall slopes, and trench slopes with the use of a 3D beam-propagation program.

## Abstract The leakage loss of a hollow dielectric waveguide is analyzed analytically and numerically. A minimum loss condition of a bent rectangular hollow waveguide is derived in terms of the refractive index of the cladding using the perturbation method. The validity of the derived minimum loss

Both local SAR values for FDTD and RBFNN at 50 MHz and at 450 MHz are shown in Figures 4(a) and 4(b), respectively. These figures were drawn for the 300th cell that shows the center of x axis. Results obtained for these two methods are good in track. Based on this point, RBFNN model can provide aut
