## Abstract Raman spectroscopy is a vibrational spectroscopic technique that can be used to optically probe the molecular changes associated with diseased tissues. The objective of our study was to explore nearβinfrared (NIR) Raman spectroscopy for distinguishing tumor from normal bronchial tissue.
