Halogen-metal exchange with n-BuLi; systems, e.g. Sulphur-c_ontaining polychloroheterocyclic 4,6,7-trichloro-3-methylthienob,2_dpyridine G. He inrich u. H. Hoffmeister, I. tied. Univ.-Klinik, Hamburg. Polypodium B, ein Steroid nit Insektenhtiutungshormon-Eigenschaften, isolierten JIZBA u. Mitarb. aus Polypodium vulgare(1). Die Substanz wurde in wesentlichen aus spektroskopischen Daten als 513,20-Dihydroxyecdyson erkannt. Wir hoben sptiter(2) iiber 594ydroxyecdysteron aus dem gleichen MateriaI berichtet, die Ytruktur wurde durch chemischen Abbau und spektroskopische Daten gesichert. Wir bedauern, dabei die Arbeit von JIZBA et al(l) Ubersehen zu haben.
