With a chemical method the rate constants of the uucatalyzed and catalyzed reactions of 2,4-tolylenc diisocyanate (TDI) with poly(ethy1ene maleate), poly(ethy1cne adipate), poly(ethy1ene glycol), poly(oxypropy1ene glycol), and butandiol-1,3 in the molten state were determined. Thc calculations were based on the differential-integral method following the scheme of consequent-parallel reactions. As a catalyst was used tri(tributy1tin)isocyanatc. An isokinetic dependence of the reactions of TDI with the studied macrodiols was found. The influence of temperature, changes of the initial conccntratioris of the reagents and of the catalyst on tlie rate of the polyaddition reaction of TDI with the macrodiols is discussed. A comparison of the results of the kinetic studies on the reaction of TDI with macrodiols in molten state and analogous reactions in solutions is carried out.
Dcr EinfluS
