The influence of tinorganic catalysts and catalytic systenis of a tinorganic compound and a tertiary amine on the polyaddition reactions of 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate with macrodiols is investigated. The reaction rate constants were calculated using a n integral-differential method on the basis of concentration changes of the NCO groups determined by a chemical method. A synergetic effect of the tinorganic compound and the tertiary amine in the catalytic system was observed.

Kinetik der Polyadditionsreaktion von 2,4-Toluylendiisocyanat mit Makrodiolen katalysiert durch Systeme aus zinnorganischen Verbindungen und tertiaren Aminen

Der IfinfluB zinnorganischer Katalysatoren und katalytischer Systeme einer zinnorganischen Verbindung und eines tertiiircn Amins auf die Polyadditionsreaktion von 2,4-Toluylendiisocyanat und Makrodiolen wurde untersucht. Die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeitskonstanten wurden mit einer Integral-Differential-Methode auf Basis der chemisch bestimmten Konzentrationsanderungen der NCO-Gruppen berechnet. Dabei wurde eine synergetische Wirkung der zinnorganischen Verbindung und des tertiaren Amins in dem Katalysatorsystem beobachtet.
