## Abstract The fluorescence of the prulifloxacin (PUFX)–Al(III) system was investigated . Experiments indicated that the fluorescence intensity of prulifloxacin could be greatly enhanced by Al(III) and sensitized by sodium dodecylbenzene sulphonate (SDBS). Accordingly, a sensitive spectrofluorimet
