Roughening of domain walls in ttu'ee dimensional random field Ising magnets is investigated at zero temperature using exact combinatorial optimization [1]. Systems are studied up to L 3 = 2163 with the largest systems L > 120 calculated using a parallel version of the min-cut/max-flow algorithm [2].
We perform an extensive study of the Ising model on three-dimensional (3D) random lattices of Voronoi/Delaunay type for which it is well known that the specific-heat exponent t~pure ~ 0.1 of the pure model is positive. According to the Harris criterion [1] one would, therefore, expect that quenched
