β¦ Synopsis
We obtained Raman scattermg spectra of normal and deuterated TSCC crystals and one TSCC,_,B, mived crystal (Cl-x = Cl. Et, = Br). The soft-mode behavlour IS studted m the temperature range from 80 K to the Curie pomt. The Land T component of the soft mode are overdamped near 100 K whale the oblique component can be observed alI over the temperature range we studred. For both normal TSCC and mLxed TSCC ment with drelectrrc measurements and theoretxal cakufations.
