✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Detailed Raman‐scattering and polarized infrared reflection measurements are reported on KBrO~3~ at 300 K and at liquid helium temperature. The angular dispersion of all extraordinary phonons is compared with theory. Also the static dielectric constants are determined from the measured frequencies.
