β¦ Synopsis
Sorption of radioactive lanthanum by titanium phosphate at static and dynamical conditions was studied. Sorption coefficients of lanthanum and some other elements ( 143 Ce, 97 Zr, 99 Mo, 133 I , 92 Sr) were determined by means of g-spectrometry. The microquantities of lanthanum are observed to be sorbed better than macroquantities which is explained by the ability of Ti to form coordination compounds with oxygen-containing ligands of multivalent element hydroxocomplexes.
