The normal-state optical reflectivity and absorption spectra of the Nd,\_,Ce,CuO, system with various Ce concentrations from x= 0 to 0.18 have been measured for the first time using highly oriented thin films with c-axis normal to ( 100) SrTi03 substrates. The absorption spectra of x= 0 indicated th

The transport properties of lfigh-T, oxide-superconductor Nd2\_,Ce~CuO~ single-crystM thin fihns were investigated to clarify the superconductor-insulator transition in two-dimensional disordered system. It is found that the critical sheet resistance P~ at the onset of superconductivity takes a valu

Inductive critical current and field cooled (FC) magnetic relaxation measurements were carried out on a Nd2\_xCe,CuO4\_v (x = 0.15) single crystal for H II c. A zero field Jc N value of 1.5 x 104 A cm -2 was obtained at 4.2 K, together with logarithmic magnetic field dependence. The relaxation data
