## Abstract A sensitive enzymeβlinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is described for detection of IgA antibodies to human cytomegalovirus (CMV). The antigen consisted of a sonicated extract of CMV infected human embryo cells. The tested sera were absorbed with staphylococcus aureus (strain Cowan 1) b
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed and used for the detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to West Nile virus in human sera. Thirteen paired sera of clinical cases and 24 control sera taken randomly from a blood bank repository were tested. The sera were reacted in microtiter pl
