Italia S.r.l., a subsidiary of Centrosolar AG, and Sunsystem S.r.l., a Milan-based solar integrator, have concluded a long-term cooperation agreement. This year Centrosolar will supply 8 MWp solar modules to Sunsystem as complete systems, mainly for use on the roofs of private houses throughout Italy. Sunsystem will provide marketing support and employee training. Centrosolar's Italian subsidiary was established in January 2007, part of the German company's European expansion push. PV brands include Solara, Biohaus and Solarstocc PV. Davide Scarantino, MD of Sunsystem, said: "Centrosolar won us over with its outstanding quality and the constant availability of components and systems. " He said that Sunsystem has its own distribution network and has devised a number of fi nancing models in conjunction with banks.
